CANOLA
We grow canola under irrigation and in dryland conditions. While our area is not a prime canola region, it is still a profitable crop for us.
WHEAT
We grow two kinds of wheat, one for breads and baking, the other is for feed or ethanol fuel.Â
Both grow great in our area and thrive under irrigation.
PULSES
We grow many different pulses one our farm. They are a great way to expand our rotation and to diversify our farm income.Â
We grow Yellow peas, Faba Beans, and different kinds of edible beans like Pinto or Navys.
FLAX
We also grow flax in our crop rotation to as it is a nice crop in dryer areas and helps us control some problematic weeds.
We sell our products through grain brokers to grain terminals and processors. We enjoy our farm and use our products in our own baking when we can.
